Aquaculture
DACS Division of Aquaculture is the state regulatory authority for
Florida aquaculture. The Division presumes sole responsibility
for collecting feeds, approving aquaculture applications, completing

Practices (BMPs) and classifying coastal waters for shellfish
harvesting. The Division provides information regarding
